Well for new rotors and pads at Ford it was $385 for mine, but they also adjusted the rears so that might add a few extra dollars to it, but yeah around $385.
Dealer=ripoff. I got my front rotors and pads and rear shoes from BAT for $115 and DIY labor. The front is very easy and drums aren't too much harder. If you can change your oil you can do your front brakes. But anyways, you may want to buy parts from stazi or BAT then take them to a shop and have it done. Shouldn't cost more than $50 labor just for the front as it shouldn't take an hour to do, a shop should take 20-30 minutes max.
If you use svt rotors and pads you also need svt calipers, and I take it you mean from an E0 svt.... anyways that would get a good bit more costly.
