The aircon on my 1999 2.0 Zetec Mondeo has stopped working. The system was regassed last summer and worked fine after that. The light on the button comes on, but there is no cooling of the air and the magnetic clutch to the compressor is not tripping in. I have swapped the relay (blue) in the engine bay fusebox with one from a working system, but still no good. Normally this relay would click as the system is turned on and off. Is the above the sign of a major leak (no gas and system won't run) or have I missed something obvious? Are there any associated fuses?
