agreed with the not sueing for millions, but, he is definently entitled, to all the time he wasted with figuring out who did it, messing with the insurrance companies. Finding a lawyer, paying the lawyer (that spendy). Then on top of that, he still has his car, the lawyer should request punishment for the driver, jail time, or lose of truckers liscense. Then, you should go to a back doctor, and get xrays and make sure your in 100% condition, if your not, then you need to go to a back doctor until your are. As in my case few years ago. I had just finished getting back into good shape with my back. I was just on the edge where it never really hurt, but work needed to be done to keep it in good shape. Well, some guy hit me in my car, and smash the hell out of my saturn, i ended up going to back doctor for almost 2 years, before i got back into good condition. Overall, I got $7000k, after all expenses.
