Tape down all the wiring and run Foam tape along any place the door panel touches the door frame. These cars are the ****s when it comes to rattles. It is an ongoing process to fix all the rattles. You will never find them all. I'm convinced FOMOCO puts loose nuts and bolts in the frame then welds them in just so that the car is guaranteed to rattle
