hey, i was just wondering if any of you knew of another "rattle can" paint company that makes a spray for the silver frost svt color? paint code=TS. I know that duplicolor only makes the small touch up paint, but no 5oz. spray can. any ideas? TIA.

Find a reputable body shop that has a professional paint supplies section/outlet...they should be able to take the paint code and mix 12-16oz spray cans to order. The shop in my area charges approx. $14/can and it's an exact match! Regards, Art

thanks chongo. Art-yeah I did that, and got the paint. But painting with a metallic paint is incredibly hard unless you've been doing it for years. I would much rather use a rattle can paint, since it is usually much easier to spray a good coat with. thanks anyways though.

Not sure what you mean by rattle can. The can I got here (Plasti-Kote) has a ball in it.

definitely go with paintscratch.com
I've only heard good things about their color match.
I've used it on 3 cars now and I have no complaints (one of which was the silver frost paint for the contour)
we even buy paintscratch paint for when we do our 1:24 scale model cars.

"rattle-can" as in a spray can, like duplicolor, etc. in other words, not painting with a spray gun, compressor, etc.
