yes the third seat belt is easy to take out.
i am so stupid i didnt know how to even unbuckle it. i couldnt find a button like the other 2. anyway after prying it open i figured out there's a little pinhole on the buckle. use a toothpick to push in and it'll release. its now under the seat stowed away in case i ever change my mind. so the seat belt will go up to the rear deck. now remove the plastic cover up top by pulling it towards u and slightly up. be careful the tabs break easy (i didnt break mine. now there's only one bolt holding the seat belt assembly in place. its a large torx bolt. i since i have the bolt out i can easily check the correct torx bit to use if u can figure it out. once the bolt comes out thats it. put the plastic piece back on to cover the hole in the rear deck. its like a t25 or t40 bit
