My aunt is an Animal Control officer in northern NM. Yesterday she got a call about a man with reported mental problems who's dogs were being pests. Well, one of the dogs was bleeding from the anus. They took it to a vet for a stool sample and found human semen in it. Right now the dogs are at the pound and the man has been taken into custody for evaluation.
