Too easy to find, right on the bumper... Hey anybody ever look at the lower grill of a srt4, you can see the bumper reinforcement in the upper part, pretty ugly. I hope dodge changes that one day. Though I think if you get the perrin intercooler they include a new crash bar... anyways...

It says "just a neon" on the very bottom horizontal piece of the bumper. It might have something to do with your screen; at home on my LCD screen i looked for like 10 min, couldn't find anything, at school on the CRT monitors, saw it in like 5 sec. Prolly a screen thing.

AH! Now I see it! I wonder if I can see it on my home computer. My skool has neato monitors, maybe that's why.
