I just got a new intake with a D-Tec heat sheild and find that my inline fuse is in my way of installing the heat shield. Any pics or suggestions of where to put it would be great thanks! 1997 T-Red Contour V-6 MTX It HaS BeGuN!!!!!!!!!!!

DomesticAssault CEG\'er D Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 68	ARE YOU SERIOUS! Inline fuses should be placed within twelve inches of the battery. Reasoning for this is to prevent shorts ,surges or anything else that could happen before the cable is in the interior of the vehicle. Not doing this can lead to electrical fires! I typically fuse within six inches of the battery and again before my amps to make sure I am protecting my investment.
