Is the computer under the dash supposed to get hot?
Probably a dumb ? but I'd noticed the Tour wasn't accelerating all that great. I went to pull the chip and both it and the computer were hot to the touch. After pulling the chip, the car performed exactly the same. Compared to before, when I pulled the chip, there was a serious degradation in performance.
What gives?
