Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications Audio getting past the fire wall

Do I have to drill any holes to get through the fire wall of a 98 mtx? If so where would be a good spot? Also how do I run the cables past the back seat into the trunk? I have never done this before, and got a good deal on a amp, and sub. Any help would be a big help.

and for the cabling. i ran the power wire along the side plastic panel were the weather stripping is. the rca's and remote under the middle console. and cut a slit in the carpet and drug the cable under it and under the backs seat .. and grounded it to the frame(drilled hole)
