does it only do it after the car has been sitting for a while (at least overnight) with the parking brake on?
If so then what you're hearing is the sound of the rear brake pads breaking free from the rotor. What happens here is when you apply the hand brake the rear brake pads are pressed against the rotors and overnight or longer the exposed metal particles in the brake pads fuse to the steel rotors as they oxidize or rust slightly.
If I am leaving my car for a long time when I park it I put the brake on to keep it from rolling but then I block the wheels with a brick or piece of wood and then let the brake off so the pads don't get stuck to the rotors.
