my 96 contour with 4 disc has been doing this since day one.. the dealer changed out the rear rotors and calipers when it was new and it stopped doing it for about 4 days and returned.. only happens like you said: leave it parked in the garage and in the morning you take the handbrake off and back up and it will sing for you.....all the way back out the driveway.... what is the cure for this if there is any?????? thanks for a reply....
as i said earlier in the thread,sometimes the cable to the rear caliper gets sticky(lack of lube/corrosion).this also goes for the caliper itself.rear brakes are so under used that dust builds up and can prevent correct release hth mark
