You guys are missing the point. It has nothing to do with "show before go".
If he gets the exhaust first, then gets the bumper, he will have to get back under the car and realign the exhaust to match into the exhaust cutouts.
If he welds a hanger for the SVT exhaust on, he's screwed and will have to live with crooked exhaust or have the hanger re-welded on...
