I see mention of stainless steel headers and high flow cat. Is this all induction stuff or does it refer to replacing the the OEM manifolds with integrated cats which I believe makes the car not street legal?

If you are stuck with E-Check, then it could be a problem. If not, no one would care.

What do you me by E-Check? Please elaborate. Are the manifolds removed with this turbo kit?

precats are removed. the main cat is your option. Street Flight will either weld in a straight pipe or put in a high flow cat.

if you have to pass emissions you may run in to trouble b.c the pre-cats (on the manifolds) are removed. like it was said above, the main cat can be left on if you wish, or taken off. if you dont have visual inspections, you may pass the sniffer (for emissions) with just the main cat. if you car is visually inspected you will fail b.c they will see that your precats are gone.

That's only if they know they (the pre-cats) were there, right? As long as you have a happy OBDII w/o throwing codes......I would think it'd be smooth sailing. Clean install is another big plus on viual inspection or so I've been told by a stealership grease monkey friend of mine.....

The beauty is that you "could" run catless without throwing a code, if you tuned a chip correctly. [Lawabidingcitizen]Not that anyone would run catless[\Lawabidingcitizen]. Most states just tap into the computer and whatever it says goes. I could tell the car that it is a monkey, if I wanted.

That way you can disguise the fact that you are a monkey!
