Its even in the shoe polish that comes off easily. Also its pretty damn funny becaues its soo immature. I would have been a little angered , but I woudlnt have been tempted to try to beat anyone.

You're right, I wouldn't be pissed. Who really cares, it washes off and its a little prank. No permanent damage, its not like anyone actually would believe it so its not damaging your name at all. I would actually be happy because it would mean I'd get to wash my car and make it shiny again.
