tried pulling all of the fuses under the hood and under the driver-side dash, and replaced bulbs .. to no avail..

what can i be missing?

Do you mean the lights for your license plate? If so, did you clean the connectors when you replaced the bulbs? I did that and I haven't had any problems since.

yeah i just tried cleaning the connectors, that didnt help

Have you traced the wires back from the connectors to see if there are any breaks in them? At the same time I replaced mine, I had to replace the wires because they were so corroded.

yep, i tried all the connectors, and the contacts all had some sort of grease in them, i guess that kept the rust off, but none of the wires appeared damaged, or cracked at all.. i traced the wires from the bulbs back into the rear deck, and thats just about as far as could get..

does anyone know exactly which fuse runds the tag light?

and is it under the hood or under the dash?
