I have no idea what I used to build mine. I just decicided to hit Home Depot one day to see what I could find.
I had a piece of wood that I cut to size, some bolts, some nuts, I bought some cheap aluminum black pipe to cover the bolts, cut it to size with a cheap pipe cutter, some washers, some spray adhesive, and a cheap roll of automotive carpeting from Autozone.
