Type A's are the only ones that can get away with eating corn, everyone else shouldn't eat it. Why? The corn contains lectins that interfere with your bodies' digestion. Especially type B's.
It's tough, because corn is put into a LOT of things these days.
Tofu? Yum. Us Type A's can live on the stuff, everyone else should avoid soy for the same reasons as corn.

Tofu is the best thing ever! Yes I am a type A! I wonder if that's why I despise any and all types of red meat.... Torengos are nasty! Those things are way too freakin salty! Ickkkk!

I've never had rice pilaf or tofu but caviar and tiramisu are awesome. Caviar spread on triscuits is great. One question, is all tiramisu mad with rum? The only time I had it it was soaked in coffee, but it was still really good.

It's all about what you like, I think.. Sometimes you just have to reap the consequences of eating things your body doesn't agree with.. Probably why I run to the bathroom exactly 30 minutes after eating Fazoli's food.. But if you want take your blood type into consideration, that's cool too

Tiramisu can be made with a few different liquors. I usually make it with amaretto or sometimes kaluha. Must have coffee. When made properly it's great but too many places funk it up because they are cheap. The most important ingredient is a good marscarpone cheese for the cream.

Well, the quality of any food depends on its preparation and seasonings.
I've not have enough caviar to have an honest opinion.
Tofu can be very good. It can build body and nutrition into many baked goods and shakes. I bet you I could make some tofu/soy recipies that you would never notice it contains tofu.
Rice Pilaf is a tricky one. Most of the whip together pilafs lack flavor. A good rice pilaf will have a medley of flavors from the vegetables, spices, stock (broth), and good rice iteself (use brown or jasmine/basmati rice).
My idea pf the most worthless food are vegan products that are trying to replicate meat/dairy/egg products and are trying to taste like them. Many good soy/bean/vegan foods are out there that are very enjoyable in their own right (my sister is allergic to dairy, and so I have tried a range of dairy replacement products when eating with her.) However, don't make them into something they are not.

To me, there are so many better choices for dessert than tiramisu - anything chocolate, peanut butter pie, cannoli, baklava, bannanas Foster, etc. It's all a matter of one's tastes. Yeah, pigs feet should make the list as well as tripe, badly cooked mutton, and others. Never cared much for chicken wings either - all fat and grease with little meat. Dip anything in a tasty sauce and it won't be that bad. When I was growing up, we used to toss the wings from the bucket of KFC chicken and only eat the breasts and thighs! Ummmm...I got an idea for a new dish with a tasy dipping sauce - fish heads!
