I have the Sesame Street pilot on DVD. Kinda helps that my financee works for PBS. It's almost creepy to watch, because the show was so different. I think the episode is dated November 1969.

Anyone remember in the mid '70s when Stevie Wonder funked out "Superstition" on Sesame Street? With the longhaired white guys and the soul brothas in the band? That was the absolute shizzy, especially for a 6-year-old kid seeing Stevie with all those beaded braids weaving back and forth.
