well I decided to do it through insurance, the reason is that here in canada you have no choice between insurance companys, they are government run. The benefit is that in a case like this it does actually cost me nothing, so that's why I chose this.

The steps I will be taking are to, write a letter to the manager telling him matter of fact what happened, and asking for some kind of an apology. Then discouraging everybody that I know to go there. By the way for anybody that happens to be in winnipeg (only a few I beleive) it was Keystone Ford on regent.

And to think that I was thinking about buying a new car there, boy am I glad that I didn't do that. Now I have to find a different Ford dealer to deal with
