you can have a pure heart while still feel "disturbed" and "moved" by the graphic images...just because you feel sympathetic by the graphicness of this particular depiction does not mean you are any less of a person...crucifixion is historly known to be one of the most painful methods of death known to man....
these are the same type of arguments that gave southern baptist a bad reputation....holding on to manmade gray lines in text and sketchy interpretations, that justify boycotting disney, etc.....
