oh man this post gave me flashbacks to feb when i picked up my car after the atx repair....big long scratch on top inside of drivers door and another ugly one on the passenger door....engine grime on the grey interior drivers door handle floor and seat, the cap that covers the nut on the wiper arm is missing as well as the cap on the right edge of the black cover between the windshield and hood...the cover is also chipped at that same right edge
i tried to be nice but the service was defensive and became a jackass pretty quick....ford dealers are numerous but both my locations are fairly remote and this was the closest dealer to me ...needless to say i will pretty much never go back there and if i do im gonna punch the service faig in the mouth
oh wait we weren't talking about me huh....i say go with your insurance co long as it wont cost u anything now or later...stick it to them....ford really seems not to care about they're reputation with customers
