When that "tool" becomes a source for dishonesty and theft, then it becomes a problem. Regardless if it's Ebay's fault or not.

You cant judge an enourmously succesful and mainly honest system because of occasional abuse. Any internet forum has the potential of that...

any time you sell to someone Not face to face, its a risk..there is always some joker that will take advantage,,and they do it in all internet sales media,,,,

personal experience can jade opinion, but objectively, Ebay is a good place to operate.

He's chaaarging!!!...(add scottish accent)...

I got screwed on my first eBay transaction and it was my own fault. Live and learn. This time, I will/have made adjustments.

As for the price, about $150 for the HU seems common. I've seen over $212 before. Lately I've noticed a few refurbished units. I pulled mine out of a box after 1.5 years and it's in perfect shape as I only used it for 3 weeks, 2 of which the car was at the dealer.
