You definitely want someone doing the repair that knows what they are doing, and is trying to do it right. Both of my 95's had the recall done, and I had to take both of them back in repeatedly after the repair. The contour was finally fixed correctly, but I'm still not satisfied with the mystique. The dealership finally fired the guy that did the repair the first two or three times, but that didn't help me any.
