I've had this recall, service bulletin, advisory...whatever you call it done to my car. All the wiring in the engine bay is replaced, including the positive terminal leads, wiring harness to fuse box in engine bay. Sensors, fuel injectors, to PCM on firewall.
I'd go to a different dealer period. this is a critical task and if this guy is a ahole you don't want him taking any shortcuts with your car. I had to go to a different dealer what was much nicer about the whole deal...
I also had my precats replaced under extended coverage due to partial blockage. It was not a recall but advisory or notification...had a nice round with another dealer on this one too....
