I have done it. Read down a few posts. The post is quite long now with pictures. Warmonger has also done it. I'll post impressions when I give the engine a try tonight for the first time. All I have left to do swap valve covers, put on intake manifold and intake and screw in my lower 02 sensors. I'll be crossing my fingers.

Blackcoog did well with his documentation. Saves me the trouble. The only difference is that I'm already driving mine!

I feel bad for jacking this thread, But since i have all the "brains" reading it. Do the 2.5 exaust man. fit the +01 heads? Or do i need the grinder for that too?

Well isn't that the pot calling the kettle BLACK!!!

I know someone who took at least two months to do less work! I had to swap a motor AND build new turbo piping amongst other things, and it was in a shop and not conveniently located at home.
