16:27 is pretty dang fast. My 15:45 was on a very very level race. I wish I could have seen what it would have been on a track. What's crazy is I went from a 16:30 straight to that 15:45. Maybe it was measured short. Deffinitely cooking with 16 minutes or less in a 3.1. A guy I ran with in high school broke the state record with a 15:01. Now he is nationaly ranked and runs for University of Wisconsin.

If you start running you will be surprised how short 2 miles really is.

Agreed.

I ran 18 on Sunday and I would have gone for 20 if it wasn't dark.

I ran Xcountry in high school went down state in it too, during the summer I would do 40 and 50 mile races, BUT 2 miles is far..... now a days, I haven't ran since may 18 1995. some day I'll start running again.

Wow, nice number Sam!!! I haven't run "for real" since May of 1990!!! Now all I do is keep in shape on the treadmill, which is so far from real running it's pathetic! I do 5 miles almost daily on the 'mill, but I failed at passing 3 miles on the bike/running trail by our house!!!

As for dropping your time more than 30 seconds like that... usually it only took someone slightly faster than me to push me hard enough to break a previous best time. Perhaps you just had good competition.

Nice rides as always. I just saved one of your GT pictures to show the wife what rims, tires, and ride height she needs for her black '00 GT 'vert.

Brad- I work nights and dont get around to the computer much so I just saw this. Yeah tell your wife she needs a Vortech too. LOL. It's hard to keep up running unless all your friends are competitive about it. I just don't have my motivation like I use too. Still staying in shape though. Hey if you want more, better quality, pictures to convince the wife on modifications just give me a PM.

Take care bud.
