Ok, the guy that dyno'ed the car last night gave me some print outs and said that my F/A was 'fat' all the way through the power band and said a car like mine shouldn't be running that way. he said it needed to be atleast a whole point leaner.

as to the plugs, i did not put them in, but a friend of mine who is a mechanic for a living did. i just assumed he knew what he was doing and gapped them properly.
