Not sure if the silver ones are there but::
www.procarparts.com and they are a slight PITA to install, with having to cut parts of the cluster to get the connectors to fit (they could have put the electrical connectors pointed down and it would all easily run out the bottom of the cluster) and they are a little hard to get put on just right, but not too big of a deal... I still gotta rewire mine... Could definitely be a bad ballast, I've heard before about the ballasts being bad straight from the company.
