Shipping times vary, it depends how far from Ohio you are. The order will be shipped Monday on UPS Ground. Your in TN so it should arrive Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest.

We are aware of a random error. I am not sure if it is browser related or what, but we are getting plenty of successful orders and only a handful of errors. I think we will have it located and resolved in the next two weeks.
