Blueprinting a motor involves machining everything to be as close to the designed measurements as possible. Motors do not come out of the factory with as precise tolerences as they could if there was unlimited money available in the manufacturing process. Blueprinting attempts to compensate for this for those that want to spend the money necessary to get a motor running as optimally as possible.

what year 125 motor is it? New MX bikes motors are pretty frickin good from the factory. Yes they can be improved upon but nonetheless they are quite good from the factory. I'd like to ride one with a factroy KTM motor on it
