No offense, dude, but if you're complaining about a shady program and then campaigning for Steve Spurrier to come in and save the day... just prepare for more of the same. 
The university needs to decide whether a big-time football program that brings in a ton of money is worth more than the potential national black eye and NCAA probation they might get. Problem is, to most schools the $$$$$ is the driving factor. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same in Boulder...
