I checked out the Kel-tec P-3AT at the gun show a few weeks ago. It's super small that's for sure. Way smaller than my P232 (and too small for my hands, so maybe it's perfect for a female).
My only reservation is that it isn't the ideal gun to send a ton of rounds through. I question the long term durability if this is one's plan.
One more thing. It has a super long trigger draw which I found a little much.
