Good choices! I personally have been trying to pick one of those two So I'd recommend both of them as an option.
Another one that has been pointed to already, is the 9mm 92F series from Beretta. I had an M9, which is basicly the same gun and found it to be very accurate with excelent balance. Why do you think there are so many copies of it? It's like the 1911 of today Look at Taurus
