Here's what I was told when I asked about them:

1. You will need a small drill bit, small screwdriver, long nose cutting pleirs and some silicone sealant
2. remove head lights
3. look for the two tabs that are used to insert the reflector in the housing.
4. drill a small hole directly under the tabs and push up with the screwdriver or anything long and pointy.
5. when the reflector pops out try not to let it roll around too much in the housing--it will scratch the inside of the lens
6. position the loose reflector over the bulb opening, crack and shatter the reflector with pliers into little pieces and shake them out. run some compressed air into the bulb holes and blow the little pieces out
7. use the silicone to seal up the drilled holes-this will prevent the lights from building up condensation on the inside

I haven't tried this yet but as soon as I get my replacement headlights from Bill Jenkins, I'm gonna try on the old ones. They look real good without the orange reflector. Good luck and welcome to CEG. Lot of good people here.
