T-mobile I know provides 802.11b access from hotspots for $20.00 ? a month they have hotspots in places like borders and starbucks arond here.
If you want to look at different video solutions I would suggest reading the display forums at
http://www.mp3car.com I dont think RCA connections are very good for computer video if you want to read it much but other people are fine with it.
