There were people I saw sitting under the tent who didn't pony up , but these people above were nice enough to cover YOUR arse too wink !!!
I (of course) gave some wampum too , but I can't thank myself ... or can I ?!?! wink LOL !
hmouta - you have a PM

We ended up with 21 people for the weekend registered under our group . There were more Contours there that weren't registered with any club frown . I talked to some of them and asked them (politely) to go & add the club at the registration office to help us out ... I guess they didn't want to waste their time  . 21 is still a huge jump from last year , I think we had 8 Contours in all last year eek .

Again , I want to thank everyone who donated !!! It was VERY nice of you guys to pitch in so I wasn't stuck paying for the whole tent myself ... YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!!!!

I had a GREAT time this weekend . It gave me a good excuse to clean my car , it was a mess frown .

I had fun as well!

I say next year we all camp somewhere or get a hotel somewhere together! All going home to different locations made it a little hard! I was so burnt after Sat. that I had to go home. Sorry I didn't return. Who won our class? Hopefully next year we can seperate ourselves from the ZX2 free loaders! Thanks goes to Allen for covering the tent, without it I think my girl and I would have been in the hospital!

We need to get some pics posted. I should have mine in a few days.

Andy, A stinkin' ZX2 won the SVT class. I think that the guy with the really flashy bling bling SVT placed Second. I saw him in the winners area, so I figured it was his 2nd place SVT. I like the Idea of all staying at the same place cool A group eat and drink would have been spectacular, but oh well. There is always next year. I did enjoy the new faces, personalities adn cars of course.

Later,

Chris S.

Great showing of 'tours up there guys!
I guess the Merkur group (MCA) won largest club in attendance again with 144 registered cars... I don't see why CEG couldn't top that... there are WAY more 'tours out there...
Oh well...
BTW I took about 147 pictures and right now they are all unedited (read: HUGE) and unlabeled... Most of them are of Merkurs but if you are really bored and on a fast connection check them out: HERE.

I thought this one was nice:

I will be shrinking them and labeling them eventually...

My bad shocked ! I posted some in the PA forums & thought I did here too !
HERE THEY ARE !

Pics 2 & 3 show the size of the event ... which is HUGE eek !! They don't really do it justice though , because there were a lot more behind me too . I should have turned around & shot a pic wink . I have more pics on my "old school" camera . When I get 'em developed , I'll post 'em .

I'll have my pictures on Friday and hopefully I'll be able to scan them that day too (I took 4 rolls of film, and I have Friday off. Woohoo!). Poor Craig though! You all heard about his car right? frown

It was a great time though, I can't wait to go back next year! And this time my car will look much less stock than it did this year smile

Here are my shots. I didn't take too many. Just the stuff that really stood out to me. Should have taken a pic of the Mad Max Falcon. I watched them pass me in Carlisle Sat. night. Freakin' cool looking! I took the pic of the brown porsche yesterday in MI. The guys head was sticking out of the roof and were headed for rain. He pulled off to install the top I figure before I could laugh at him in the rain. The pic of my car on the look out was the highest point of 30.
