loose lugs, jack up, take off lugs.
take rim off and put spare on.
hand tighten lugs and then lower jack. tighten to best torque and drive to just tires or pepboys and get tire fixed.
end of story. LOL
Or if that fails pull out the manual and read it for yourself. :D :D

Sorry,
I missed including "some details":
The problem is I removed all the lugs and the wheel will not come off the car. Is there a secret I am not aware of to remove the wheel off this vehicle? It's a 2000 CSVT (I'm new to this vehicle).
I have had similar problems with A LOT older vehicles where the wheel would "freeze" to the hub and need to be BEAT OFF the vehicle. Before I go whacking on the rim, I thought I might ask if I am missing some secret about it's removal??
Thanks

wheel is probably rusted to the rotor or hub. Just kick it til it comes off, no biggie

It sounds like it is stuck to the hub.....get some WD-40 or PBlaster and soak it......repeat....then wiggle the wheel and turn....you should be able to pull it off like that.

I used a pneumatic hammer to take off my rusted-on rotors. I would suggest a rubber mallet so as not to damage the rim.

Put a 2x4 between the rim and the big hammer. Put it across the rim to cushion the blow. A rubber mallet probably won't give you enough of a jolt to knock it loose.

instruction on how to change tire:

1) Buy 6 pack of beer

2) Look at wheel for a little while

3) Proceed w/ drinking of the beer

4) Do one of following: change the tire by any means necessary, or continue to drink beer till it really isnt that important that u have a problem with said tire...
