I actually drive a Cougar, but I'm gonna be upgrading my clutch...I was wondering if any of you guys have upgraded your clutch and can give me some opinions. Thanks.

Spec clutches are the current recommended brand. More importantly, are you local?

I'm bucking the current trend and using an SVT clutch ordered from Bill Jenkins - only like 280 shipped with core charge on old PP (15) and disc (7).

Yeah, I am in San Diego , and I plan on doing a 3L swap and then putting in a turbo fairly soon (end of March?). So I think a Stage 2 clutch may be in order...I was thinking of going with a CenterForce Dual Friction. Whatever help you guys may be able to offer in advice or in the swap itself will be greatly appreciated (a place to do the work would be awesome, I have one set, but it's in Oceanside). Thanks.

Oh yeah. I have been waiting to get my hands dirty with a 3L but haven't had the chance yet. I Don't have a place but I am good with tools. Just ask anybody here. I am the fix it guy in SD. Let me know when and where. And I have prior turbo experience.

Got a good way I can contact you? I could definitely use your help, and maybe you can help me plan some stuff too, because I wanna have as little downtime as possible.
