lol... i filed the top bolt down enough so that I could jamn a 14mm socket onto the bolt (literally pounded it on with a mallet, than took the ratchet with the pipe over it and it loostened up.

i did the brake on my 96 contour and found myself going the wrong way with the wrench... it was time to stop and think it out... rememer you(we) are so used to going counterclockwise to take things off.. but when the bolt is in back like the ones you talking about our minds sometimes play tricks on us... picture yourself under the car(but dont get under it) and then figure out which way the thing got to turn... bet you did like me( a 40 stint of working on cars and i stil do it... kinda in a hurry all the time??).. hope this helps.. if not the you might try this:
i had a 83 mustang that the brake caliper pins would not come off..... it used the hex or trox bolts.. i broke about three tips that you use in the sockets.. getting ready to drill them out and put some new threads it there.. so i go to auto parts store to buy some new caliper pins(bolts) and tell them what the problem is.. was told that there might be some Locktite on the bolts... use a propane torch....
i did and the bolts came out real easy(if you not familar with loctite??? they use it on auto parts and motorcycle parts to keep the bolts/nuts from coming loose from vibration.. some cars have it on from the factory.. some types of loctite need heat to get it to release, some dont... give it a try...
