Just wanted to update everyone that I was correct in my original post (idiot flamers aside). The HEGO sensor was not the problem as the CEL code returned on the original bank 2 after swapping sensors.

The problem is actually carbon build-up on the rear of the throttle body assembly. I would recommend cleaning it every 50K miles to prevent the problem.

Remember, computers only tell you what people program them to. Knowledge is bliss, ignorance is rampant.

Yeah.. your engine type gets a lot of carbon build-up.
