Test pipe and Hi Flow Cat are contradicting statements. A test pipe is a straight pipe put in the place of the cat that eliminates the cat. A Hi Flow Cat is just that, a hi flow cat. Something about this doesn't make sense. Basically, they are calling a hi flow cat a test pipe and saying a MIL eliminator is needed. Sounds like BS to me. Don't waste your money. If you want a stock looking test pipe, crack yours open, weld a straight pipe in, close it up and put it back on. WAY cheaper than what's listed above.
