I thought I would add to this thread. ground Contorl doesn't speak of it on there instructions, but on the upper perch(aluminum) for the spring there are 2 small holes drilled in it. They're there for fastening the perch to the spring to keep it in place if the car becomes airborne etc
I zip tied them together
