If you live in East Tennessee or happen to break down in Knoxville, TN, and need transmission work done. DO NOT GO TO TRANSMISSION WORLD!! I took my 98 Mystique (V6) in to the flywheel replaced and they have had the car since 7 am on Wednesday and today (Friday) they're telling me all they have done is dropped the transmission, they haven't done anything as far as checking it out or replacing the one part I was having them do. Furthermore, they do not call and give you any progress reports or anything else that a reputable shop would do. I would not advise anyone go there. BTW, they're unfriendly too. Sorry for the rant, but you've been warned.
