Can anyone tell me the price of a coolant flush? and also a rough price of the cost to change the freaking water pump? PLEASE!

A coolant flush will cost you ~$70.

I'm not sure on the price of changing the wp on a Zetec. It's more involved than the Duratec. So maybe a couple of hundred of $.
