I paid $450 labor + $600 engine + $200 clutch kit for the whole deal lat time, they said it was no big deal to do the clutch once the engine was out. This time it was $550 labor for an engine swap. So yeah, that is a bit much. I do live in a more rural area, but seriously, there is no way that is cost-of-living.
