Waaaay off topic but as for the two yelling about which is a better state....I lived in IL for 20+ years and CA for the last 5...CA sucks and so does sunny weather all the time!
I can say this fairly because I have lived in both places. Perhaps if I was born in CA it would be different but its not!!!
