I have had that one also. I thought I cleaned the sensor mounting point well but it would reappear intermittantly. The last time I remove the sensor and I cleaned the metal on the radiator support, sensor mount and the mounting bolt really well with a wire wheel on a Dremal tool. That seems to have fixed it.
