I´m new here and just wanted to make a short introduction:
Real name´s Heiko, I´m a German and work as a Volvo aftersales manager in Brazil.
A very close costumer of our company brought us a 1995 Contour SE to the workshop with the underhood wiring harness cracking and deteriorating. After some research in the Internet I came across Ford´s recall ONP 99M03 which previews the replacement of the harness.
That´s why I come to you in order to figure which procedure I should follow to obtain the wiring harness(es) from Ford. To whom I should talk and which data is required ?
